Fluidity: A way of surrender acceptance and bliss.

Life has its twist and turns, up and downs. Some we may celebrate, some may drag us to the darkest corner. If you take a pause and think, the lessons had their values. Mind is like a child, who wants things in a particular way, people to behave in a specific way for it to calm down. Often life is not a steady flow, the mind finds it very hard to follow through.

Fluidity is one character if we embody, which can make our life more beautiful. It is just a change in perspective. Living in a state of surrender. Accepting whatever unfolds and make the best out of it. It is like going with the flow of life. When we understand where we are now and it is the perfect place to be, life unfolds beautifully. Suddenly everything becomes more colorful and bright. If you are stuck at home, then rather than yearning to go out bring focus to the aspects of the house or wherever you are in. Maybe painting the cupboard a new color or maybe understanding that worrying over things that aren’t in our control is a waste of energy.

Smile and see what is life asking you to see at this moment. Look for it. Be open to the life force, rather than hiding from it. This will bring peace of mind and clarity and who knows maybe this situation is a doorway to exactly where you dreamed of going. Even if it is not it is ok. Trust life. Join the dance.

This acceptance has to be developed slowly. Each step may be difficult as the mind is wanting thousand other things to argue. Draw your energies to the present. Soothe the ego with better thoughts about the current situation.

Where ever life places you, act your role with full of love and let go of all the attachment to a certain way of outcomes or rewards.

May you have the courage and wisdom to go with the flow, in its full glory.

Lots of love.
